According to WrestlingObserver.com, Andres Palomeque, known to wrestling fans as Abismo Negro was found dead in a river in Mexico, he was 37. There are no other details available at this time. Abismo Negro made a few notable appearances in the US during his career, including the 1997 WWE Royal Rumble and the 2004 TNA World X-Cup.

WWE star Rey Mysterio suffered an undisclosed injury Saturday night at a WWE house show in Lubbock, Texas. The injury occurred as Mysterio slipped while attempting the 619, causing the match he was wrestling in to be taken home early.
