Yep. Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies is a thing.
OMEGA Returns May 25th
If you don’t know, OMEGA was the wrestling promotion created and run by the Hardy Boys before they were signed by the WWF. This is the company they promoted while training the likes of current TNA X-Division star Christian York, former WWE tag team champion Joey Matthews, Shannon Moore, Shane “The Hurricane” Helms, and CW Anderson.
The main event is already set with Matt Hardy and Shane Helms teaming up to take on Steve Corino and CW Anderson. Corino and Anderson are a great tag team, and Hardy and Helms would no doubt pull all the stops to make this a great return show.

I livetweeted this match and I completely forgot that this was THAT MATCH, in which one of the grossest injuries I have ever seen anyone sustain in the ring occurs. It’s a really really great match, but yeesh, poor Joey Mercury’s face.

I remember my nine year old-self being horrified when this happened. What a good time.
Now, I look back on it with hilarity - mainly because of what Matt Hardy was doing whilst his brother and girlfriend were being slaughtered by the Undertaker.

Not the greatest quality in the world… okay, it’s horrible, but worth checking out since this is the only time these two teams have ever faced each other, despite all four men appearing being in both WWE and TNA.
Matt Hardy Kicked Out of Rehab
Matt Hardy was kicked out of rehab yesterday after he failed a breathalyzer test. Multiple sources are reporting that staff at the center where Hardy was at got suspicious of his behavior and gave him an impromptu breathalyzer test that he failed. Hardy said he wasn’t drinking and that he failed because he’d “just used mouthwash.” The staff didn’t believe him and kicked him out.
Matt faces imprisonment on a million dollar bond for not complying with the treatment.
