Can anybody verify this — from WrassleGAF user Bootaaay:
“Man, ROH is so dead in the water.
They drew 220 last night in NEW JERSEY. That used to be one of their biggest markets, before the HDnet deal forced them to abandon it in 2009 - this is the first time they’ve been back since, and as if the low draw wasn’t bad enough…
First of all, the ‘free iPPV’ codes were just lying around on a merch table, and people could grab as many as they wanted, so expect a few to end up on ebay.
Secondly, in the main event between ROH Champion Kevin Steen and home-town boy Jay Lethal (which was said to be an excellent match), Steen verbally assaulted and spat upon Lethal’s family at ringside - Lethal went crazy, the two had to be separated, Steen high-tailed it to the back and Lethal followed. No one knew what was going on, until Bobby Cruise got on the mic and announced that the match was declared a no contest before shilling Final Battle to end the show. This was met with boos, ‘BULLSHIT’ & ‘REFUND’ chants and a whole load of bottles and trash being thrown in the ring.
What a GREAT way to return to a market you haven’t visited in 3 years!”
Are there any other live-results floating around online for this show?
Kenny King Tweets Out Photo Featuring Shirtless WWE Legends and Chippendale Dancers
It’s well known that the former Ring of Honor and current TNA star works as a dancer at Chippendales, but this photo he tweeted out shows off what it’d be like if some of the WWE legends shared his profession:
The most fun I’ve ever had at work. #legends
I count a total of eight wrestlers, maybe nine if the third from the top-left is Marc Mero. Can you name all the others?

This was a great show. I can’t be seen in the picture, but I’m actually standing right next to the big guy in the Anti-Flag t-shirt.
Kenny King and Austin Aries - TNA Destination X 7/8/2012
With the PPV only a couple of hours away, there’s been some buzz on the internet regarding Kenny King’s appearance on the TNA show. King is currently one-half of the Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions and his decision to “cross the line” has had several negative reactions from RoH fans and wrestlers. The negativity stems from the belief that King was undergoing contract negotiations but gave a handshake deal to remain with the company while things were sorted out.
Ring of Honor considered King’s appearance on the July 5th Impact Wrestling as a breach of their agreement and have started to cut all ties with him (Facebook posts deleted, King is still on the RoH site though).
Since that appearance, Kenny King was pretty silent over the whole mess, until earlier today when he gave his side of the story on his Twitter page (which can be found in it’s entirety after the break).

@KennyKingpinAnX:
“My people’s, First and foremost to all of my friends, Family and everyone riding with me on this one thank you. The love and support has been unreal. It doesn’t matter if your’e a new Kenny King fan or you’ve been with your boy since tough enough. My passion for this sport reflects yours, and I will continue to bust my ass to give back the love you have shown me. Second I would like to thank @ringofhonor for the opportunity To master my craft against some of the best wrestlers in the world. The last 4 years have been invaluable to my career. I have nothing but love and respect for the company that allowed me to find myself and grow as a wrestler. Next, since the content of my character has been called into question, just ask about me. My integrity and HONOR has always been above reproach. But since they wanna talk bad about your boy, consider this… (spoiler alert) I was offered a contract extension, I had reservations about the parameters of the extension and effective my “free agent” option would be. I gave a handshake agreement that I wouldn’t do anything “screwy” with the belts. A la medusa. I gave ROH information about every move that I made regarding working for @impactwrestling. Realistically they could have just found out when they saw my black ass walking down to the ring. I was given a physical contact extension by ROH, which I respectfully declined to sign due to the reasons I stated above. If I declined to sign an actual contract extension, how could anyone think there was a verbal agreement? I took the biggest gamble of my career this weekend. So going into destination X tomorrow night I am prepared to put it all on the line. I am especially grateful to @tnadixie and @impactwrestling for giving me the opportunity to showcase my skills on a bigger stage. I was given an amazing opening and I took it. Ask Eminem how many chances you get to blow up. The world will watch tomorrow, and I got a bag full of fireworks. Tomorrow is coronation day. Thank you.
