Luckily for you people who regularly visit this site, I finally found a Dean Ambrose and a Roman Reigns worth pairing up along with the Seth Rollins we featured here weeks ago. Download all three, create a stable with them, and enjoy watching them wreck havoc inside your WWE Universe (until the mode does something weird like split them apart or add X-Pac to the group).

WWE ‘13 Brian Pillman DLC Ring Entrance
Not gonna lie… kinda disappointed that there’s not a separate entrance available where Brian Pillman walks down to the ring while wearing the dress he was forced to wear by Goldust.
Actually (realistically speaking), I’m disappointed that THQ didn’t actually offer up any DLC for the Attitude Era mode. Entire storylines would be impossible to do (especially since their recent bankruptcy messing with everything), but free downloadable scenarios that recreated smaller, one-shot matches complete with a bio about the storyline beforehand could’ve been easily done.
Brian Pillman WWE ‘13 Character Render
With the last wave of downloadable content for WWE ‘13 being released this week, I figured that today would be the best time for a Brian Pillman day here at Drop ToeHold. Not only is the “Loose Cannon” available to download but Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, Jimmy and Jey Uso, Chainsaw Charlie, Layla, and a Moves Pack will also be included as well.
When it comes to created wrestlers, Hulk Hogan is usually the first guy that I end up grabbing from community creations, but I’ve been waiting specifically for Kung Fu’s Hogan. I’ve been happy with it for the past two years, and I really cannot find any real faults in this year’s version. You get two Hulk Hogans, a Hollywood Hogan, and a Mr. America! What more could you want?!

When it comes to CAW’s, Petchy is well-known for having some of the greatest, most detailed characters available. In his only download available so far, he’s created four different versions of the Great Muta including two of my personal favorite Muta looks, the Jason X Muta AND Devil-Man Muta! To top it all off, the character plays fantastic AND even has his own render for the character select screen.

Since THQ will never get around to making this guy DLC (seeing as they’re dealing with a bankruptcy and all), might as well go to one of the best CAW creators for part of The Shield. I have my eye on a Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns that are being previewed over at a CAW forum I visit, and I’ll make sure to highlight those whenever they’re finished and completely uploaded.

Since Ryback was uploaded recently as DLC for WWE ‘13, perhaps a meeting between the current rising WWE superstar and the unstoppable WCW juggernaut Goldberg is in order. Who knows, maybe pairing both of them up as Team Ryberg would be even better!
All I know is that I am very pleased with this downloaded character but did make some slight changes when it comes to his moveset. The Jackhammer and Spear are represented wonderfully in the game, but I added a shuffle sidekick as the main attack whenever an opponent is running towards you AND made the Gorilla Military Press Slam as a Signature maneuver. Everything else was perfect, though! Worth a grab!

Since THQ’s servers are actually worth a damn this year, I figure that it’s perfect time to start highlighting created wrestlers again. I’ve always hated wading through all of the crap found in the community creations, so I want to share some of my favorite creators and/or creations that I love and use for my game.
For everyone out there who follows CHIKARA, these guys are a must-have as Fried is well-known for creating amazing masked wrestlers for the WWE games. Get them both and have them feud with The Road Warriors for the Classic WWF Tag Team Championships or just pepper them into the WWE Universe Mode and laugh whenever you see a Hallowicked vs Dolph Ziggler match on the books!
