And Hitmonlee decided to show up.
I guess he really didn’t want to be Chokeslammed.
Well, that’s not horrifying in the least, nope.

Which Match Will We See at Extreme Rules?
I love when WWE releases several match card photos to indicate a change in plans or swerve the audience. It’s clear from Raw tonight that they’re going with Sheamus, Orton and Show vs the Shield (was there ever really a doubt?), but the above photos show something different.
Custom WWF Ryback Figure by Adrione
I never realized that people creating custom figures crafted and molded to replicate the old Hasbro WWF figures were a thing, but here we are. Amazing work for a figure that started off with a Bushwacker Luke head attached to a Mr. Perfect body.
This is one of those stories floating around on the newz sites today, but this one is kinda interesting as it was caught on camera by a fan attending Saturday’s WWE RAW Live Show:
“Correspondents at Saturday’s WWE Raw live event in Springfield, Missouri sent word that CM Punk was shaken up during his match against The Miz. Apparently The Miz botched a stalling suplex on Punk, causing him to land awkwardly on his head. Officials checked Punk for several minutes but eventually Punk went on to continue the match.”
“It’s not believed that Punk suffered a concussion, but it was a nasty bump that could have aggravated some other issues Punk has been dealing with. He’s expected to work tonight’s RAW and for those wondering, there does not appear to be any heat on The Miz following the incident.”
With the news of the WWE license getting picked up by Take Two Interactive, I couldn’t help but create the box art of what we might see here in the next year or so.
There’s no telling whether or not Take Two will get Yuke’s to work on their upcoming title or whether they’ll get Visual Concepts to develop and release the new WWE game under the 2K name… but I’m hoping that it’ll be the latter.
Interesting fact: this match was the 13th TLC match in WWE history, and the only one to end by pinfall or submission.
Justice is Served, The Shield is Victorious Against Team Hell No and Ryback - WWE TLC [12/16/2012]
I usually stay away from posting match results, but the photos over at WWE.com from last night’s TLC PPV are pretty spectacular to thumb through. I didn’t watch live or catch a stream of the show, but I made it a point to follow along the ongoing discussion of it on a couple of forums. Based on what I read last night, it sounds like I missed an above-average WWE PPV but that The Shield, Cena/Ziggler, and the Rhode Scholars matches were things that I must-see.
There’s also a pretty nasty R-Truth injury photo floating around too — click here to go over to his Twitter page to see the graphic image…yeesh.
At Hell in a Cell, we will see Ryback take on CM Punk for the WWE Championship in lieu of John Cena, to allow for Cena’s surgically repaired elbow to heal fully. The general consensus is that the WWE have booked themselves into a corner. CM Punk is seemingly destined to walk into the Royal Rumble as the WWE Champ to face The Rock, and his almost year long hold on the title has become synonymous with his title as “Best in the World.” Ryback has crushed jobber after jobber, quickly mowing down every combatant until he was quickly injected into this angle with Cena and Punk. His current worth is tied into his status as a complete monster, undefeated. In a perfect world, neither one should be losing.
